Following the questions of members – Smile are refining procedures
Here are some highlights when placing an order
For groups that consisting of several passengers who are not related to each other, but appear in the Smile system under one booking, a list of passenger names must be attached
Meetings with groups of 1-5 tourists takes place before entering the passport control hall (the mosaic hall)
If there are passengers who require a wheelchair, this must be indicated in the order
Make sure that the driver's and guide's information is updated at all times in the order. The information may only be updated by agents and/or authorized transportation providers
:A few small but important changes in defining the field names in the Smile order system
For the welcome sign – no more than 15 characters
The agent must verify with the tourists that they are familiar with the name on the sign
Departures
For departures from Terminal 3
The driver/guide must contact Smile upon arriving at the airport checkpoint. (From Route 1 or the El Al intersection)
For departures from Terminal 1
The driver is required to contact Smile 60 minutes before arriving at the vehicle entry barrier at the airport gates, and once more, after passing the barrier
Updates on the progress of the service are sent via text messages. Calls from instructors/drivers regarding the status of the group will not be answered. For inquiries, you can contact the email smile@smiletourism.co.il
